Finding the right destination that the entire group agrees on can be one of the most grueling tasks. Sometimes everyone may not agree on what destination they want to go to. It helps to take a vote in the initial stages of planning a group vacation. That way the rest of the planning process goes a little smoother.
Decide on a budget that works for everyone in the group.
This should go hand in hand with finding a destination. Some destinations are out of budget for some people in the group right off the bat. Take the time in the beginning of planning to set a budget and location right away.
